Austin Grisham

Austin Grisham is a Partner at Bull Street Partners, where he advises business owners and buyers through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions across a range of industries. His role includes transaction execution, financial analysis, buyer and seller coordination, valuation support, and strategic advisory throughout the M&A process.

Austin’s background combines experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, and corporate finance. Prior to joining Bull Street Partners, he worked in both advisory and corporate acquisition environments, providing him with exposure to transactions from multiple perspectives. His experience has included valuation analysis, acquisition modeling, due diligence coordination, transaction structuring, negotiations, buyer outreach, and execution support across both buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Before entering M&A advisory full-time, Austin worked in acquisition and finance-related roles with firms including Terminix and Principium Group, where he gained experience evaluating businesses, analyzing strategic opportunities, and supporting growth initiatives within larger corporate environments. He later expanded his advisory experience through work with private equity groups, independent sponsors, and lower middle market business owners involved in acquisitions and divestitures.

Austin earned his undergraduate degree in Managerial Finance and Banking from the University of Mississippi and later attended the MBA program at the College of Charleston with a concentration in finance. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Austin currently lives in Charleston, South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending Ole Miss football games in the fall, and being an uncle to his triplet nephews.
