Daniel Ravenel

Daniel Ravenel is a Senior M&A Advisor at Bull Street Partners, where he works closely with business owners and buyers throughout active transaction processes. His role includes supporting deal execution, coordinating diligence efforts, managing buyer communications, and helping oversee the day-to-day progression of sell-side engagements across a range of industries.

Since entering the M&A industry, Daniel has been actively involved in live transaction environments, working alongside business owners, buyers, lenders, attorneys, and other advisors throughout various stages of the sale process. Through direct participation in ongoing engagements, he has developed practical experience navigating the pace, complexity, and coordination required to successfully manage lower middle market transactions.

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Daniel graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management and a minor in Accounting. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water with friends and family and is an avid golfer.
